The Methods in Motion Telesales Launch & Management Process is a hands-on advisory and training curriculum available in a range of engagement levels.  The program provides companies starting up a new inside sales team the insight and best practices for building a high performing inside sales program. Key sales and management resources, job aids, and all tools necessary to follow a proven model for success on the telephone are laid out in the program. The training is geared specifically for selling professionals when the entire sales relationship is developed over the telephone. It focuses on a step-by-step goal-driven call process, combining both the science and the art of selling. The program is designed in phases and companies progress through phases once the previous phase’s objectives are met.
